SAERTEX-LINER® INDUSTRY represents the vinyl ester (VE) option in our GRP liner product portfolio. This type of liner is ideal for trenchless rehabilitation of wastewater and process water in applications with more corrosive properties and higher temperature demands.

Benefits
Resistant to high temps and corrosives
By combining the corrosion resistance of ECR fiberglass with the chemical resistance of vinyl ester (VE), SAERTEX-LINER® INDUSTRY is engineered to withstand the harsh effects of industrial wastewater. Since the liner’s high-resistance properties are dependent on the temperature and concentration of the chemicals, our product engineers will consult with you to determine if it is suitable for your application.
Installation-friendly and time-saving
The construction of SAERTEX-LINER® INDUSTRY features a reinforced outer foil and superior structural performance, enabling thinner wall thicknesses, reduced weight, and faster curing speeds. The “FastPlus” option adds value with a non-removable inner foil.
Technical service life of ≥70 years
The unique ECR fiberglass core fabric based on multiaxial in-house fabric technology combined with the VE resin withstands high mechanical stresses with leading retention factor of 80% after 20,000 hours (acc. to DIN EN 761 and ASTM D2990).
Gliding and UV light protection foil
SAERTEX-LINER® INDUSTRY offers an integrated gliding and UV light protection foil as standard; there is no extra charge. This eliminates an additional gliding foil for liners up to DN 600 and a max. weight of 2.5 tons.

Extra Time Savings: “FastPlus” Option
This rugged inner foil remains inside the liner after curing and saves your team about 1 hour of installation time for every 100 meters of liner. FastPlus also makes it easier to introduce the UV source, even under difficult installation conditions.
Chemical resistance compliance
Due to the wide range of existing chemicals and their varying concentrations, we suggest that you provide additional information regarding the suitability of our liner before placing an order. Our product specialists are more than happy to assist you in this process.
