SAERTEX-LINER® MULTI is an efficient, cost-effective solution that offers industry leading performance. Three design options make this GRP pipe liner the timesaving, flexible and sustainable choice when it comes to the trenchless rehabilitation of municipal wastewater pipes and pressure lines.
- Type S+: strong mechanical properties for numerous applications
- Type S+ XR: suitable for pressure lines up to 33 bar

Benefits
Installation efficient liner construction
The SAERTEX-LINER® MULTI features a high-strength design that allows for thinner wall thicknesses, resulting in reduced weight, can withstand higher pulling forces, and faster curing times for more economical installations. Its robust outer foil provides additional durability during installation. The “FastPlus” option features a non-removable inner foil, which reduces installation times.
Technical service life of ≥70 years
The ECR fiberglass core fabric, utilizing multiaxial in-house fabric technology, is designed to withstand high mechanical stresses. It boasts a leading retention factor of 80% after 20,000 hours, according to DIN EN 761 and ASTM D2990.
Gliding and UV light protection foil
Our standard outer foil for all liners offers gliding capabilities and UV light protection for liner diameters up to DN 600 (24 inches) and a maximum weight of 2.5 tons. This eliminates the need for a separate glide foil, saving both time and costs within these specifications.
SAERTEX-LINER CO2-optimized
The climate-friendly manufacturing process for our UP resin systems saves an average of 250,000 kg CO2 per quarter. On request, we can provide you with a certificate showing the CO2 savings achieved by your projects.
